Delete your ParthSarathi data

You do not have to close your ParthSarathi account to remove what you have written. Your conversations, your journal, and the memory the app keeps of you can each be deleted on their own, from inside the app or from the website, and your account carries on as normal.

What you can delete, and how

Each of these is immediate and permanent. There is no approval step, nothing is queued for review, and there is no undo — so the app asks you to confirm first.

Your conversations

The questions you asked and the guidance you received. Deleting a conversation deletes its messages with it.

In the app

  1. Open ParthSarathi and go to Profile, then Settings.
  2. Under Privacy, tap Delete all conversations and confirm.
  3. To remove just one: open Chat, then the history icon, and delete the conversation from the list.

On the website

  1. Sign in at parthsarathi.com and open your Profile.
  2. Choose Privacy controls, then Delete conversations.

Your journal and reflections

Everything you have written in the journal, including your evening reflections and the mood you recorded with them.

In the app

  1. Open ParthSarathi and go to Profile, then Settings.
  2. Under Privacy, tap Delete all journal entries and confirm.
  3. To remove just one: open the Journal and delete that entry from the list.

On the website

  1. Sign in at parthsarathi.com and open your Profile.
  2. Choose Privacy controls, then Delete journal.

What ParthSarathi remembers about you

The persona — the summary the app builds of your recurring themes, values and the guidance that has helped you. Clearing it also switches memory off, so no new summary is built until you turn it back on.

In the app

  1. Open ParthSarathi and go to Profile.
  2. Open What ParthSarathi remembers.
  3. Tap Clear persona & disable memory.

What this does not do

Deleting your content leaves your account in place. Your sign-in, your profile, your bookmarks, your streak and your progress through any journeys all stay as they are, and you can keep using the app.

Deleted content is gone from the app immediately. It may remain in encrypted database backups for up to 30 days, until those backups are overwritten on their normal cycle — backups are only ever used to restore the service after a failure, never to look anything up.

If you want to delete everything

Closing your account removes all of the above and the account itself. That is a separate page, with its own steps and a full list of what is deleted and what has to be kept.
